Simplified Materials Management

The Simple Materials tab returns, making texturing more accessible than ever. Setting up PBR materials is now effortless—artists can simply import texture maps from applications such as Substance Painter, eliminating complex settings and enabling drag‑and‑drop simplicity.

Streamlined Background Creation

Scene building has been reimagined with the new Simple Background tab, offering four clear options: color, image, movie, or HDRI environment. HDRI environments now preview in real time, allowing creators to establish atmosphere instantly without additional props.

Focused Development, Accessible Pricing

With Poser 14, development has been strategically streamlined to focus on Windows, the platform preferred by the majority of users. While Mac users and those reliant on the Cloth Room may continue with Poser 13, future updates may reintroduce these features as new solutions are explored.

Reflecting this refined feature set, the price of a full Poser 14 license has been reduced to $175 (previously $199), ensuring greater accessibility for both new and returning users.
